What is it that’s there, each and everyday?
The one that brings light and shows us the way.
It greets us each morning and then says goodnight.
I speak of the sun whose rays are so bright.
The power of life for all on this Earth,
It’s time we make time to appreciate its worth.
So when that sun rises, and each time it sets,
I’ll just take a moment so I never forget,
All that it does and all it’ll do,
I love you sun and I’m thankful for you.
